1. Acceptance

By using CraftProof ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. CraftProof is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc.

2. What the Service does

CraftProof uses AI to generate draft Etsy listing copy (title, description, tags, keywords) based on the product details you provide. The output is a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publishing it to any platform.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the product details you submit.
• You are responsible for the listings you publish. Review generated content before use.
• Do not submit input that includes others' trademarks, copyrighted content, or personal data without authorization.
• Do not use the Service to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent listings.
• You must comply with Etsy's Seller Policy and all applicable laws.

4. Free tier and paid plans

The free tier allows up to 3 listing generations. Paid plans are offered on a subscription basis — details are shown on the pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific product. We do not guarantee that generated listings will rank on Etsy or result in sales.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftProof is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your use of AI-generated content.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
